Lofifo is run by a small team and every message lands with one of us. Order gone quiet, sizing you are unsure about, something arrived wrong, or just feedback on how we are doing. All of it is worth sending.

What We Can Sort Out

Tracking a parcel: send the order number and we will chase the carrier ourselves.
Starting a return: we reply with the returns address and an authorisation number.
Fit and fabric: we have the garment measurements to hand and will tell you plainly if something runs small.
Something wrong with your order: send a photo and choose a refund or a replacement.
Everything else: if you are not sure who to ask, ask us.

One Thing That Speeds Us Up

Put your order number in the first message. It sits at the top of your confirmation email. If something turned up damaged or incorrect, attach a photo to that same message and we can act on it immediately instead of writing back to ask for one.

Returns

Email us for a return authorisation before you post anything. The address printed on your parcel is a dispatch point rather than our returns facility, so parcels sent there can go missing. The full process is in our Return and Refund Policy.

If We Get It Wrong

Email us with COMPLAINT in the subject line and we will respond within 5 working days. You can also get free independent advice from Citizens Advice on 0808 223 1133 or at citizensadvice.org.uk.
