Your Statutory Rights Come First

Nothing in these terms reduces or removes your rights as a consumer under the law of England and Wales. The Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 apply in full, and every clause below is read subject to them.

Customer Service Hours

Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm UK time. Closed Saturday, Sunday and bank holidays. We aim to respond to all enquiries within 24 hours.

Article 1. Using the Store

You must be at least 18 to order. By ordering you confirm that, and that the payment method belongs to you or you are authorised to use it.

You may not use our products for any unlawful purpose, break any law in your jurisdiction while using the site, or transmit any virus, worm or destructive code. Breaching these terms may end your access to the service.

Article 2. General Conditions

We may refuse service where we have reasonable grounds, such as suspected fraud or abuse.

Content other than payment card details may travel unencrypted across networks and be altered to meet technical requirements. Card details are always encrypted in transit.

You may not reproduce, copy, resell or exploit any part of the service without written permission. Headings are for convenience and do not affect meaning.

Article 3. Accuracy of Information

Except where your statutory rights say otherwise, we are not responsible for information on this site being incomplete or out of date. It is provided for general purposes and should not be your sole basis for a decision. Historical information is included for reference only. We may change the site's contents at any time but are under no obligation to update anything.

Article 4. Prices and Availability

Prices may change without notice, though never for an order already placed. We may modify or withdraw the service or any part of it. Except where liability cannot be excluded by law, we are not liable for any such change, suspension or withdrawal.

Article 5. Products

Some items are sold online only, in limited quantities, and are returnable under our Return and Refund Policy.

We photograph products as accurately as we can, but no monitor renders colour perfectly. A colour that looks different from the photograph is not a manufacturing defect, though the item remains fully covered by our 30 day return window and your statutory right to cancel.

We may limit sales by person, region or quantity, change descriptions and pricing, and discontinue anything at any time. Offers are void where prohibited by law.

Goods we supply must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose, as the Consumer Rights Act 2015 requires.

Article 6. Orders and Billing Information

We may decline an order, or limit quantities per person, household or order, including where orders share an account, card or address. If we change or cancel your order we contact you using the details supplied, and refund anything already taken in full. We may refuse orders that appear to come from dealers or resellers.

Please keep purchase and account details accurate and current so we can complete transactions and reach you when needed.

Article 7. Third Party Tools

We may give you access to third party tools we neither control nor monitor. They are provided as is and as available, with no warranty or endorsement from us, and except where liability cannot be excluded by law we accept none for them. Using them is at your own discretion, and you should be satisfied with the provider's own terms. New tools and features added later fall under these terms too.

Article 8. Links to Other Sites

Our site may link to third party websites we are not affiliated with. We do not review their content and accept no liability for their materials, products or services. Read their policies before transacting with them, and direct any complaint about their products to them.

Article 9. Reviews, Photos and Other Submissions

If you send us reviews, photos, ideas or suggestions, you agree we may edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate and otherwise use them in connection with the store and our marketing. We are not obliged to keep them confidential, pay for them, or respond.

We may remove content we consider unlawful, offensive, defamatory, obscene or in breach of someone's rights. You confirm your submissions are yours to share, infringe nobody's rights, and contain nothing unlawful or malicious. Do not use a false email address or impersonate anyone. What you submit is your responsibility.

Article 10. Your Personal Information

Personal information submitted through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy, which sets out your rights under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Article 11. Errors and Omissions

Occasionally something on the site may contain a typographical error or inaccuracy, in a description, price, promotion, delivery charge, transit time or availability. We may correct it and change, update or cancel affected orders without prior notice, including after you have ordered. Where we cancel for this reason we refund in full and contact you first. Beyond what the law requires, we are under no obligation to update information on the site.

Article 12. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the site or its content for any unlawful purpose; to encourage unlawful acts; to breach any international, national or local law; to infringe intellectual property rights; to harass, abuse, defame or discriminate on the basis of sex, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, race, age, national origin or disability; to submit false information; to transmit malicious code; to collect or track other people's personal information; to spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl or scrape; for any obscene purpose; or to interfere with the site's security features. We may terminate your access for any of these.

Article 13. Warranties and Liability

We do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error free, or that its results will be accurate. We may suspend or withdraw it without notice. Except as expressly stated, the service and everything delivered through it is provided as is and as available.

Because you are a consumer, we do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. That includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, and for breach of your legal rights in relation to the goods, including the right to receive goods as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. Nothing in this article touches those rights.

Subject to that, we are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill, and not for loss that is not foreseeable. We supply goods for domestic and private use, so if you use them commercially we have no liability for loss of profit, business, business interruption or business opportunity.

Article 14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lofifo and RHEAKALI LLC, including our affiliates, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, suppliers and employees, against any third party claim, including reasonable legal costs, arising from your breach of these terms or of any law or third party right.

Article 15. Severability

If any provision is found unlawful, void or unenforceable, it is still enforceable to the fullest extent the law permits, and the unenforceable part is severed. The remaining provisions are unaffected.

Article 16. Termination

Obligations and liabilities incurred before termination survive it. These terms run until either of us ends them. You may end them by telling us you no longer wish to use our services, or by ceasing to use the site.

If we reasonably consider you have breached these terms we may terminate the agreement, and you remain liable for amounts due up to that point. We may also withdraw your access to the service or any part of it.

Article 17. Entire Agreement

Not enforcing a right or provision does not waive it. These terms, together with any policies posted on this site, are the entire agreement between us and supersede any earlier agreements, communications or proposals, written or spoken, including previous versions of these terms. Ambiguities are not construed against the drafting party.

Article 18. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland you may bring proceedings in Scotland or in England and Wales. If you live in Northern Ireland you may bring proceedings in Northern Ireland or in England and Wales.

Article 19. Changes to These Terms

The current version is always on this page. We may update or replace any part by posting changes here, and it is your responsibility to check periodically. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it. The version in force when you place an order governs that order.
